Tickrix is a live market display device and website operated from the Netherlands (KvK 42079622). This page explains, in plain language, what data we handle and what we do with it. It is short because we collect very little.

Who is responsible

Tickrix, Netherlands, KvK 42079622, is the data controller. Contact: tickrix.info@gmail.com.

What we collect on this website

If you reserve a device, we store the email address you enter and a note that it came from the website. That is the only personal data this site collects. We do not run advertising trackers, we do not run analytics, and we do not sell or share your address with anyone.

Why, and on what basis

Your email is used for one purpose: telling you when a device from the next production batch is available for you. The lawful basis is your consent, given when you submit the form. You can withdraw it at any time by replying to any email from us or writing to the address above, and we will delete your record.

How long we keep it

Until you ask us to delete it, or until the reservation list it belongs to is retired — whichever comes first. If you buy a device, transaction records are kept for as long as Dutch tax law requires.

Who processes it

Reservation emails are stored with our database provider, and the website is served by our hosting provider. Both act as processors on our instructions and may store or process data outside the Netherlands within the safeguards required by the GDPR. We do not pass your address to anyone else.

What the device collects

A Tickrix device does not require an account and does not collect personal data. It stores your WiFi credentials on the device itself, solely to connect to the internet and fetch prices. Your chosen asset list and layout are associated with the device's hardware ID — something like TX-A1B2C3 — and not with your name or email. If you sell or give away the device, resetting it clears the stored network.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you may ask us what data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, ask for a copy in a portable format, or object to our processing it. Email us and we will handle it — there is no form and no verification hoop beyond confirming you control the address.

If you think we have handled your data badly and we haven't put it right, you have the right to complain to the Dutch data protection authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, the date at the top changes with it. We will not quietly broaden what we collect.
