Buy the BlockClock if
Bitcoin is the whole point.
If what you want on the shelf is block height, Moscow time and sats per dollar — the readouts that mean something specific to Bitcoin and nothing to anyone else — Tickrix does not do that, and a general-purpose price display never will as well as a purpose-built one.
E-ink also has a real advantage: it is completely matte, draws almost nothing, and looks like paper rather than a screen. If that aesthetic is what you're after, buy theirs. We would.

You hold more than one thing.
Most people watching BTC are also watching ETH, a few equities, and the dollar. A Bitcoin-only display means a second device for the second market, and a third for the third.
Two other differences matter in practice. You choose the exchange, so the number matches your order book rather than an index. And it ships inside the EU, so a European buyer isn't paying import VAT and a courier handling fee on top of the price.

Coinkite has been shipping hardware since 2013 and has a support history you can go and read. Tickrix is new, built in small runs by one person. That is a real difference and you should weigh it.
