TICKRIX

Physical stock ticker

A ticker that doesn't scroll.

A physical stock ticker display for your desk or home office. Your positions in large digits on a 3.5-inch panel — readable from across the room, without a browser tab open.

The scrolling problem

Waiting for your ticker is not glancing.

The classic desk ticker is a strip of LEDs, thirty-two pixels tall, marching your symbols past one at a time. It looks the part. But the moment you want a specific number, you stand there waiting for it — which is exactly the interruption the device was supposed to remove.

A 480×320 panel doesn't have that problem. Three symbols sit still, side by side, or one takes the whole screen. You look, you know, you carry on.

What it holds

Equities, and everything around them.

— Equities

Individual shares

AAPL, TSLA, NVDA, META and the rest of your list, quoted live and rotating with the others.

— Indices

The broad market

Index levels alongside your individual names, so a red position has context without a second lookup.

— FX & metals

Forex, gold, oil

EUR/USD, CHF/USD, gold and WTI on the same screen. Most stock tickers stop at equities.

— Crypto

Both worlds, one device

BTC and ETH beside your equities, priced from the exchange you actually use.

Home office

Quiet enough to leave on.

No fan, no noise, no scrolling motion in the corner of your eye during a call. It draws its power over USB-C, or runs on the battery version if the nearest socket is inconveniently placed.

Brightness comes down for a dark room, so it isn't a lamp at eleven at night.

Questions

Before you reserve.

Can it show more than one asset at a time?

Yes. Split the screen into three rows, or give a single asset the full 480x320 panel in large digits. Unlike a scrolling LED strip, you are not waiting for your asset to come round.

Is it readable across the room? What about at night?

That is the design brief. Large type on a 3.5-inch IPS panel, one colour per asset, so you recognise the line before you read it. Brightness is adjustable for a dark room.

How often do prices update?

Roughly every 10 seconds. If a data source has an outage, Tickrix switches to a backup provider on its own, so you will usually never notice.

Which markets can it show?

Crypto spot and perpetual futures from MEXC, Binance, Bybit, Kraken, Coinbase or LBank, plus stocks, indices, forex pairs, gold and oil. Up to 20 assets, rotating automatically.
